To help reduce returns, we recommend ordering a 6"x6" (unbound) sample prior to any custom-made-to-order rug. This will allow you to see the exact color, thickness, and quality of the rug before committing to a full-size custom order.

Please note that due to manufacturing variance, the size and color representation may not be exact. Additionally, the colors may vary slightly compared to the actual item you receive, as a result of flash photography and monitor settings.

Each rug is manufactured with the same colors as pictured, but they can be made from slightly different dye lots. This means the shade may vary ever so slightly, as the material is dyed.

Computer monitors, phones, and iPads can also affect the color visualization on your screen, so the color you see may not be an accurate representation of the actual rug.

Due to standard size limitations, some rugs may need to be folded to meet the carriers' required dimensions. This may cause some minor creasing when you first receive your rug. Simply unfold and lay it flat in your desired location, and these creases will diminish over time.
